5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at the time of checkout.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • All Treatments are non-refundable upon completion.

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee of service upon next booking.

 

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

13. Scratch Card Prize – Terms & Conditions

  • Validity:
    All scratch card prizes must be redeemed within 3 months of the winning date. Unfortunately, expired prizes cannot be honoured.

  • Single Treatment Use:
    Each prize is valid for one treatment/service only and can be redeemed a single time per client.

  • Non-Transferable:
    Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative treatments.

  • No Offer Combination:
    Scratch card prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

  • Treatment Suitability:
    All treatments are subject to consultation. We reserve the right to decline or adjust treatment if deemed unsuitable for medical or safety reasons.

  • Booking Policy:
    Redemption is by appointment only and subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
    Failure to attend an appointment or provide adequate notice may result in the prize being forfeited.

  • Right to Amend:
    We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
